We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in a safe condition. Below you will find detailed information about shipping costs and delivery times at the Momaza store.
Order processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the moment of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order tracking
After your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can monitor the route of your parcel in real time.
Shipping location and carriers
All Momaza products are shipped from our central warehouse. To ensure safe and stable delivery to Poland and other European countries, we cooperate with reputable courier companies such as DPD, InPost (courier), and DHL. The carrier is selected automatically depending on the parcel size and delivery address.
Note: We currently do NOT support deliveries to InPost Paczkomaty parcel lockers. Delivery is made exclusively to the indicated home/business address by courier.
