1. General provisions

The online store available at momaza.com is operated by the Momaza brand. Customers can contact the Store via email: hi@momaza.com. These Terms of Service are addressed to both consumers and businesses using the Store.

2. Electronic services in the Store

The Store operates on the WordPress platform and provides electronic services including maintaining a User Account (optional) and enabling order placement through the Order Form. These services are provided free of charge.

3. Conditions for concluding a sales contract

• Announcements, advertisements, price lists, and other product information posted on the Store constitute an invitation to enter into a contract.
• The Sales Contract between the Customer and the Store is concluded after the Customer has placed an Order and made the payment.
• After placing the Order, the Store immediately confirms its receipt and accepts the order for processing by sending an appropriate email to the Customer’s address. At this moment, the Sales Contract is concluded.

4. Payment and delivery methods

• The Customer can use secure electronic payment methods (including PayPal, BLIK, Przelewy24, and payment cards) available during the order process.
• Products are delivered to the indicated address via licensed courier companies (DPD, InPost, or DHL). Detailed rules, costs, and delivery deadlines are specified in the Shipping Cost and Delivery Time document (Shipping Policy) available on the Store’s website.

5. Right of withdrawal and complaints

The rules regarding the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days and the rules for filing complaints regarding 2-year liability for product defects are described in detail in the Refund and Returns Policy document, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

• Sales contracts concluded through the Store are governed by Polish and EU law.
• For matters not regulated in these Terms of Service, the relevant provisions of generally applicable Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
• The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Changes do not affect the rights acquired by Customers before the effective date of the change (orders in progress are processed under the existing rules).
